Clear and honest terms regarding your reservations, cancellations, and on-ground private travel.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment
A tour booking becomes confirmed once full or agreed advance payment has been validated through our payment platform. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus nominal banking and administrative processing fees. Cancellations inside 14 days may be subject to non-refundable hotel and national park reservation commitments.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all international visitors maintain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical, flight interruption, and luggage loss during their stay in Sri Lanka.
